Definition of the technology sector since 2008
Since 2008, in addition to companies with technological innovations (products and processes), enterprises with non-technological innovation (organisational and marketing) were included into the number of enterprises with innovation activity
Since 2018, in accordance with the revised Oslo manual methodology, non-technological innovations have not been separately surveyed but are partly included in business process innovations.
Services include selected sectors of economic activity, specifically SK NACE 46, 49-53, 58-66, 71-73.
